NLNW specializes in women’s hormone health
I help women with PCOS and other hormone imbalances, such as metabolic syndrome, who feel stuck and unsupported by conventional medicine, overwhelmed with conflicting nutrition advice, and ready for a change, learn to understand their bodies and create sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that nourish their hormones, restore balance, and support lifelong health.
Through integrative nutrition that blends science with holistic wisdom—addressing root causes rather than offering ‘band-aid’ solutions— I guide women to feel vibrant, confident in their food choices, and truly empowered in their healthcare—so they can feel their best, thrive in daily life, stay in tune with their bodies, and move toward true healing and long-term vitality.

Meet Your Dietitian
Yoko Youngman, MS, RD, LDN.
Hi, I’m Yoko, a Registered Dietitian, nutritionist, herbalist, and yoga/meditation–trained practitioner with a passion for helping individuals feel vibrant, balanced, and in tune with their bodies. I believe in the healing power of nature and reconnection.
In our sessions, you can expect a deeply personalized, compassionate approach that supports your hormone health, nervous system resilience, and long-term wellness goals. My goal is to help you feel confident and connected to your body—not just for symptom relief, but for sustainable vitality. Imagine this: you’re nourished, grounded, aligned, and empowered.
I specialize in holistic and integrative nutrition, with a focus on intuitive eating, women’s health, hormone balance, metabolic longevity, weight loss, general wellness, and pre/postnatal care.
Whether you're navigating a confusing healthcare system, overwhelmed by all the supplements on the market, struggling with fatigue, PMS, weight concerns, postpartum depletion, or just want to age well and feel energized, I’m here to offer evidence-based strategies that help you gain clarity and support your whole self—body, mind, and spirit.
I started this practice to support women in becoming their healthiest, most capable selves: comfortable in their bodies, energized for daily life, and ready to build habits that anchor them in their purpose.
I earned my undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Florida and my graduate degree from the University of North Florida, and have years of experience in both clinical and community settings. My approach integrates modern science with timeless wisdom—from nutrigenomics to herbal medicine—so your care is as comprehensive as it is empowering.
I became a dietitian because I’ve seen firsthand how food can be a source of both healing and disconnection. After overcoming my own health challenges, I knew I wanted to help others rebuild their relationship with nourishment—not just through food, but through how they care for themselves on every level.
Outside of work, I’m a nature lover, plant enthusiast, and herbalism student. You’ll often find me sipping tea, hiking in the woods, or in coffee shops creating wellness guides to share what I’ve learned. A fun fact about me? I am a fire spinner and performer.
My ideal client is a woman who is ready to take ownership of her health and is seeking more than a quick fix. She’s curious about how food, lifestyle, and deeper patterns affect her well-being, and she's open to blending science with holistic approaches. She may be navigating hormonal imbalances, blood sugar concerns, weight changes, or simply wants to feel more energized and aligned. She values a “food as medicine” approach and is drawn to integrative care that honors both modern research and ancient wisdom. She's looking for a guide who can offer grounded, personalized support rooted in empathy, insight, and evidence.
If you're looking for a partner to help you reclaim your health, tap into your body’s innate wisdom, and reconnect with yourself, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
— Yoko 🤍
